This colourful workshop provides a perfect introduction to the creative and practical aspects of stained glass and is suitable for complete beginners.
The focus is on learning basic skills such as cutting, grozing and soldering which can then be put into practice as students develop their own projects. Over the 2 days you will complete 2 or 3 small copper-foiled light catchers to take home. A choice of templates are provided with the option to design your own piece on day two if you wish. Lilian will take time during the course to advise you on designing specifically for stained glass so please do not plan too much in advance.
Stained Glass Intro (27 & 28 Sep) can be booked together with Intermediate (29 & 30 Sep) as a 4-day workshop.
