Create your own 4-legged friend to take home. A tactile 1-day workshop exploring 3D needle felting techniques. Create a mini replica of your pet – or design the dog of your dreams!
Von will introduce you to the basic methods of dry felting natural wool fibre. By forming simple shapes and joining them together you will gradually build your soft animal structure. Different shades can be mixed or overlapped to produce markings. The addition of ears and eyes, a tail and nose will complete your canine companion and bring him/her life. Full of character, your adorable little sculpture will be a talking point for years to come.
Open to all skill levels, especially beginners
Feel free to bring some photos for inspiration if you wish
“I never thought I’d be able to produce something so amazing at the start of the workshop. For ages it just looked liked nothing and then a little dog started to appear, as if by magic!” D.M.
