A creative day in the garden working with willow. Make an obelisk or plant support (perfect for those sweet peas!) plus a decorative sunflower, dragonfly or bird feeder. Advice given on ‘living willow’ structures such as dens and tunnels.
You will create several items during the day to take home. Our expert (Eddie or Anthony) will also explain the basics of using living willow in your garden to build larger structures. (Note this is a seasonal activity which must take place in the winter months.) The class will be garden-based, with the studio as back-up in case of poor weather. The view out across the fields to Carsington Water makes it a lovely place to work.
Open to all – both beginners and those with experience.
“The course was bought for me and my best friend as a present; we absolutely loved it. Highly recommended.” H.M.
