Description

Inspired by meadow flowers, use simple tools to create a bunch of delicate wire seed heads. Arrange your finished collection in a vase as an everlasting display or present as special gifts. You will be shown a variety of techniques to make decorative grasses, cow parsley and honesty. Enjoy the time to try them at your own pace in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Open to both beginners and those with experience.

Tutor: Judith Brown

Judith has been a designer maker for over twenty years. From her beautiful Staffordshire studio, she creates nature inspired jewellery and handmade organic flower forms in silver wire. Click here to visit Judith’s own website.

Materials:

Wire and use of tools. Materials fee: £10 per person (payable to the tutor at the end) This is in addition to the course fee

Timing & Refreshments:

Arrival: Join us from 9.30am to settle in. Tuition: 10.00 – 1.00pm (with a break for tea & cake) Drinks, biscuits & home-made cake are included in the course fee.
