Before booking, please read any health & safety notes specific to your course.

CANCELLATION

We recommend customers arrange their own insurance as payments are non-refundable in the event of your cancellation

Cancellation over a month before the event
Your deposit may be transferred to another course of your choice from our programme – but not refunded

Cancellation within a month of the event
Your deposit may be transferred to another course from our programme – but regrettably your balance payment is non-refundable and non-transferable to another event.
You are welcome to send someone else to attend in your place – but the onus is on you to arrange this.

If, for reasons beyond our control, we have to cancel a course, customers will receive a full refund or the chance to transfer to another event. This may happen due to severe weather, illness or if we receive an insufficient number of bookings. In such cases we will always give as much notice as possible. However, we cannot accept responsibility for any associated plans you may have made such as travel, accommodation etc.

Should the advertised tutor be unable to attend, we reserve the right to substitute a tutor of equal standing.

INSURANCE

Customers are responsible for their own insurance. Zantium Studios Ltd cannot accept liability for loss or damage to personal possessions during your visit. Vehicles and contents are left at owner’s risk. We recommend customers take out their own Cancellation Insurance (see above).

CATERING

We have a top Food Hygiene Rating of 5.

Any special dietary requirements must be communicated in advance and we will do our best to cater to your needs. However, customers with allergies or severe intolerances should bring their own food. Our kitchen is in a domestic setting and we cannot guarantee a “free-from” environment.

GUIDANCE

Workshops are generally suitable for those aged 12 and above.
No smoking anywhere inside the house and studio.
Wi-Fi coverage here is reasonable but mobile phone signal poor.
We have a small dog and a few hens – but cannot accept visiting pets.

COURSE VOUCHERS

‘Open’ vouchers should be used within approximately 2 years of purchase.
A voucher for a specific event may be transferred to a different date, giving at least a month’s notice, preferably more.

DATA PROTECTION

We would like to take photos during the workshops for use in our marketing activities. Please speak up if you prefer not to be photographed. We aim to share any positive feedback to help promote our business. Full names/addresses are never published. Please let us know if you have any objections to this.
