Holly, ivy and mistletoe…Create beautiful beaded wire decorations for your home this Christmas, inspired by leaves and berries.
Take inspiration from the hedgerow to create individual leaves and festive foliage out of wire. Combine these hand-crafted elements to form hanging sprigs or delicate wire wreaths. Embellish with glass beads and satin ribbons for a touch of colour. Choose copper, black or silver plated wire for your designs.
Enjoy the freedom to develop ideas in your own way. These may include a collection of hanging springs to take home…a small simple wreath with 1 or 2 sprigs…or a slightly larger version incorporating several sprigs. (Wreaths measure approx. 20 – 25cm across.)
Everything is provided for the workshop but you are welcome to bring along your own treasures to incorporate should you so wish (beads, buttons, ribbons etc).
Work at your own pace in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Open to both beginners and those with experience.

Materials
Choice of wire, glass beads and ribbons plus use of tools.
Materials fee: approx. £13 per person (payable to the tutor at the end)

Lunch & Refreshments
A tasty light lunch is included in the course fee. Help yourself to drinks and biscuits throughout the day with homemade cake mid-afternoon. (Please let us know of any dietary requirements).
