Description
Make your own hardback notebook or sketchbook using traditional methods and materials. Books can be old friends or the start of a new story…This workshop will introduce you to the basics with impressive results.
Through precise folding, stitching, pasting and pressing you will produce a unique hand-bound book to take home. Present it as a gift or keep for yourself as a journal, sketchbook, recipe book or commonplace book. Your greatest challenge will be deciding which decorative paper, bookcloth and ribbon to choose! Open to both beginners and those with experience.
“Thanks to Holly’s clear instructions and encouragement, I went home with a hardcover note book to be proud of. As if the course itself wasn’t enough, to do it at Zantium Studios was a joy”
