A choice of simple designs with templates will be provided. Select your own colours and practise basic skills to gain confidence with glass. You will make a 4-sided lantern to take home (height: 20cm). Holding a single tealight, this is suitable for indoor or outdoor use…Summer evenings alfresco or cosy Winter’s nights by the fire.
Beginners and improvers welcome.

• Select suitable glass
• Score and break glass to fit your template
• Grind edges and apply copper foil
• Tack and solder
• Apply patina
• Fit finished panels in your lantern

“I was very pleased with my lantern on the day. However, I was absolutely thrilled to see the effect when it was lit up!”
